Nu World Title is terrible at conducting business. On the day we signed documents they missed several forms that we needed to come back and sign the next day. This caused a huge delay with the "clear to close" which greatly effected our move in date and movers that we had pre-scheduled. Months later we were informed that they never sent the check to our insurance company for the first year of coverage. This has lead to many issues with our insurance company. AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COST IF POSSIBLE.

If I could give zero stars I would. To start off the title company was 1 and 1/2 hours late to our closing. Then turns out he showed up with the wrong paper work and everything needed to be resigned even though we kept saying I think the owners wife needs to sign. Then proceed to rush out of the door. Then we had to wait for a new member of their team to come from a different office hours later.
