I wish I could give zero stars. It’s basically impossible to get maintenance to come by even after multiple requests submitted. For every request I’ve put in for basic things such as my shower not working properly, neither my bedroom or living room window would open due to being painted shut before I moved in, and not being able to use hot water for longer than 5 minutes at a time, each request was marked as completed but they have NEVER come to fix any of those things. Where should I begin? First off let me say how small but yet friendly this complex community is. Based off of the location and previous things I have heard... It is the exact opposite. I've had no issues with my neighbors, and it is very quiet and peaceful. This whole environment is in the process of being renovated, which they are doing an excellent job at. I am a current tenant at the Nu Wesley Avalon Ave location. I have been having 2 problems with my unit with the minimum amount of work done within 3 months now. It's so bad I've had to call the health department to get some help with the repairs that need to be done. It's all good when the unit doesn't need repairs, but oh man when you do need help with the unit it can be months until NU WESLEY attends to the problem.
