No one is ever available at the office nor do they return calls. I just went to the office knocked a few times. It was 3:28 to be exact. The door claims they close at 4:30. Well after I pull into my parking space. I see someone run out the office really fast get in their car and leave wow
So let me start by saying the original guy courtney who worked there was great. I was supposed to move in June 30th AND I WAS APPROVED. Well a few WEEKS before move in , he quit and was left with two ladies. They seemed cool but claimed all my information was gone , and I had to redo my application, I sat there 4 hours with them redoing everything. I was referred by my cousin to come and fill out an application and I wasn't impressed. I visited my cousin last week and there was trash spilling out the dumpsters. Trash all over the ground. My cousin told me that even though it's advertised that there is a working laundry room, it has been closed for months. Every time he asked when will it open he gets the runaround. Ms. Kaila. Is one the most courteous, friendly & helpful property manager I have ever met. Very patients & does whatever she can to solve any issues. & so easy to communicate with. I'm so happy and proud to have her as property manager. she's truly the best!
