At first glance, what attracted me to Nu-way was the Compensation and benefits package. As a first year employee company driver, one can earn 85-95k. But after joining the company I found that it’s really a people orientated business. Everyone here is treated with respect. They also carry a variety of new or newer equipment, both automatics and straight 10 speeds. Nu-way is a very good company to work for. the difference with nu-way compared to the other companies thdt i worked for in the past several yesr's. is that nu-way is a very proffesional company. everyone is alway's willing to you if needed.

Just started here a few weeks ago. Got hired on for one account, and was offered a run that gets me home every night, when I finished training. And I was just assigned a brand new truck, so I can't really complain. I'm glad I made the switch to NuWay.
