Do not use this company. They are basically scam artists. Installed a terrible AC/ Heating unit in our bedroom that doesn’t work properly and also is as loud as a jet engine. The sound is so loud it’s truly disorienting. We tried to track them down and for months they ignored us. The receptionist is also incredibly rude and zero help. My heater spoilt in the brutal winter of NY and the repair man came but could not solve the issue at all! Later, the admin staff (Camille) was supposed to provide solution on either replacing the unit or repair it, but was not responsive. I had to chase her every day, and it has been 3 months now, winter is ending. Maybe that’s their solution - winter ends, problem solved. I strongly suggest to reconsider purchasing the HVAC unit as their post sales support is ridiculous!
