This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They did not come to deliver oil when they said they would come, leaving us without oil when we really needed it. Then they overcharged my credit card $300 due to a "typo" and it took them over a month to refund me the money. I called every day for a month and they gave me a different answer every time I called and they never returned my calls when they said they would. They repeatedly lied and never once apologized. I had similar experiences to the other reviewers. Nuway owner Dave Desilva is more than an incompetent businessman - he is a low life crook who deliberately defrauded his many customers. Fortunately, the NY Attorney General has determined that too.Good riddance!
This is probably the worst company that I had to deal with. Many a times, they did not deliver on time despite the fact that I had an annual service and automatic delivery plan with them. Today, I ran out of heating oil because they fail to deliver it on time. I have been calling Nu Way on the all of their supplied numbers for the past 7 hours but none of them is getting me to a live operator, just answering machines. Nu Way did NOT call back despite the fact that I had an emergency and the temperatures below freezing.
They are thieves- Will steal your money- Do not trust them
