Couldn't get anyone to answer phone around 2 pm and prices are crazy
The rudest, opposite of helpful, complete waste of a position I’ve ever seen, this older caucasian gentlemen we dealt with. Your employee you have working there at this time is currently/will continue to ruin your reputation & in the end revenue with his nasty attitude and lack of wanting to help customers
I've called multiple times for parts. Steve answers the phone, puts you on hold, and leaves you there in the middle of asking for parts. The attitude when asking questions (not everyone is 35 yrs into being a mechanic) is disgusting.
Nuway on mt.read blvd, They refused a $5 return On a battery that i purchased From them, I stormed out the door, Mad as HELL, Vowed never to return To do business, To this day 45yrs approximately Keeping my word, Does NUWAY have the courage To express to the audience, "Tf management were to Have to do it all over again, A)would they behave in the Same manor, B) WAS IT WORTH IT,
