They charged me almost USD 500 to replace a leaking air vent valve in my heating system. USD 185 for the "diagnose" (which i told them over the phone that all i needed was someone to come over and replace the valve - that costs around USD 10 at home depot) + USD 260 for service and parts (15 minutes service). What a joke?? To be fair to them the technician was great and service was good. But seriously. Almost USD 500 for 15 minutes work and USD 10 in parts?? Go somewhere else. Rogerio Silva Greenwich CT
Best experience with a service company ever. I called them during the hot spell we had a couple of weeks ago & they had a techncican at my house within 15 minutes. The techncian who came was polite, professional & extremely helpful. He explained what was wrong with my system & gave me multiple options on a fix. Also my experience with the people in the office was just as outstanding. I spoke to a gentleman, who was extemely knowlegable & understanding.
