First time user. Had some clothes taken in and they lost shirts and the jeans were about glued together from starch. This was Thursday 5:30pm and he was told would have to wait until Monday for the owner to pull up cameras. These clothes are for the weekend special occasion. Won't use again.
I called with a specific request- and they were willing to work with me when no other dry cleaner in the area would! 1000% recommend!
