I just want to clear something up. I wasn’t calling to get new tires installed at your shop — I was offering you three good used tires for free. When you kept asking if you were putting new tires on my car and I said no, it felt like the tone changed and the conversation got a little hostile. The only reason there were three tires is because I had one flat and decided to replace the full set.
