Very unprofessional experience. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM on July 10, 2025, and I received a confirmation message clearly stating the time was from 10:00 to 10:45 AM at the Claremont location. When I arrived at the salon’s parking lot, I texted the stylist to let him know I was there — and his response was that he had to leave by 10:30 AM and wouldn’t be able to take me. Yohayne is the best there is when it comes to color . She is also the sweetest and most patient stylist and will not stop until you are completely satisfied with the results. She is also very honest and advises you best options based on your hairs current condition , lifestyle and commitment to maintenance. I can’t recommend her enough!!!
