Best land load I've every had. NU Start Properties are so Genuine and they truly care there tenants. I've been living in one of there homes over 7 years. And I love the whole crue. If you have a chance to move into any of their properties I would highly recommend it. They have honestly been some of the best people to work with. They make it really easy to get in contact with them if you have any problems and signing a lease with them is very easy. They are also very quick to respond and do their best to keep up on maintenance.
