Will not be going back to this place because of their billing practices. Went in for my 6 month cleaning and they started all of these x-ray and I asked if my insurance would pay it and was told yes. I get a bill for $125 and it didn’t add up to what they charged my insurance. They charged them $396. When I talked to billing they said that’s what they charged the insurance company but not me. Honestly one of the worst cleanings I’ve ever had. The hygienist barely touched my teeth, I didn’t even hear any calculus being removed and it had been 6months since my last cleaning. They didn’t perio chart and it was my first visit and the dentist didn’t even touch me she just shined her light in my mouth and said everything was good. How can they tell if a discolored area is sticky with decay or if it is just a stain if she doesn’t use an explorer? I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Nu-Smile. I recently had to have a lot of work done and I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and the team here made me as comfortable as possible. They were great, could not recommend more!
