I would not recommend using this complaint as we did not have a great experience. Be mindful that when getting your home measured that you get a realistic quote for the crane that they use they have a provisional price - take absolutely no heed of that whatsoever ever. Our pool heater has also stopped working - this is only 1 year old - the company they used ( in the package) are impossible to contact - we have been trying for 2 weeks now and are unable to speak to anyone - we have also contacted the sales representative at ... read more

We spoke to many different company's before making a great decision to go with Chris Bourke @ Nu Pool. Chris's professional yet relaxed approach to explaining everything we needed to know about our first pool build was everything we needed. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking of building a pool to go see Chris. Thanks for what is everything i expected & more.
First of all, I would like to apologize for taking this long for the review. Its been two yrs since we started our pool journey with Nu pool. Very happy with the service and quality workmanship. Still they are happy to assist me if i have an problem with the pool. Highly recommend.
