Finally, I think I have found a decent place to get a great pedicure while feeling some pampering and relaxation! So many other inferior nail salons could learn a lesson or two in offering a nice environment and great service. I was able to truly enjoy a pedicure without excessive, loud, talking between employees, overpowering acetone odor, or obnoxious TV shows playing. My first time here .. What lovely experience...the staff is so friendly and welcoming. My services were fantastic and reasonable. I will be a regular here. We shared some great belly laughs
Customer service was extremely disappointing. It was our first time coming in, and no one acknowledged me or my wife when we walked through the door. We stood there waiting while employees made eye contact with us but didn’t greet us or say they would be with us shortly. What really made it worse was when they asked someone who came in after us what she was getting, but then turned around and told us they were too busy to help.
