Heads up if you want a quote, they require 90 minutes for a presentation and require both home owners to be there. Not a fan of high pressure sales so I will not be wasting my time with them.
Nulook did our roof about 11 years ago. Our house is almost 100 years old and it's a somewhat complex roof. They did a GREAT job! They were pleasant and professional. Beyond all of that, we had a couple of very minor issues over the last year or so and Nulook promptly and professionally took care of them. They are a top notch company with integrity and are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!
I was looking forward to doing business with this company until the receptionist started fussing at me because my husband was running late for the initial estimate and I didn’t call her. I just got off work 5 minutes before the sales guy came and was trying to catch my breath. I explained to the guy that my husband was running behind and he understood. Replaced all 22 windows of our home with expensive Marvin Infinity windows supplied by NuLook. The did a very bad job, using plastic trims for fiberglass windows that looked cheap. The biggest window in the home was damaged and could not be operated from day one. Their response was to use warranty of the window and it's been months without hearing from them. Nu Look’s roofing services have been a nightmare for us. Our roof done by Nu Look Design leaked in 4 (!) years. Badly. Flooded all three floors causing a severe structural damage. Nu Look never took responsibility. The property is now in a hazardous condition. Protect your home and steer clear of Nu Look.
