Nu-look was very responsive and quick to act on our roof replacement after we encountered a leak in our kitchen. They were also able to contact and enlist the support of the company that had installed a solar water-heating system many years prior to remove and reinstall the solar panels on very short notice so the work could be completed timely and quickly. Anyone in the northern Va area wanting to replace windows will find there are a number of companies to pick from. To begin with, I chose NU LOOK for their very favorable reviews and lifetime warranty. I had 85-year-old steel casement windows and was not sure if anyone would want the job of replacing them. We had a great experience with NuLook. We replaced over 60 windows at our house recently. They were engaging and helpful through the sales process. Their installation crews were fantastic, especially their team leads who were great at letting us know what was going on and taking care of the house throughout the two day process. Shawn Barrick did a great job! Getting the claim started was a bit cumbersome but otherwise happy with the results.
Terrible service after install. They take your money and run. No one picks up the phone when you call for service. After spending tens of thousands dollars on a new roof you would think it would be good for at least 25-30 years but i have had to call them for service on the roof multiple times in a year. Terrible craftsmanship, not to mention the amount of nails i found in the yard….. would put zero stars if possible.
