The consultation and design were fantastic. Corey has a wonderful vision and worked to put together exactly what we were looking for. The price was fair and the installation took longer than expected, but was performed mostly to spec. However, the communication with Nu-Life is some of the worst I've ever had with a contractor. While the initial installation took about twice as long as promised, we were happy with the final result. However, later when problems developed, Corey became very hard to reach and I had to buy replacement plants myself. Then my waterfall developed a leak, but he blamed it on evaporation and basically ghosted me from then on. I have to add water daily, which I did not have to do the first several months and this is not related to the auto refill. We had an awful time chasing this company down for months. We paid the $35 scheduling fee and we’re stood up for our initial appointment with no communication before or after. We tried to engage them via email but they were be unresponsive for weeks at a time. When they finally sent someone out we asked to move forward with our bid and they continued to be unresponsive. Corey completely redesigned my existing incredibly small back and side yard making it exactly what I wanted - attractive, inviting and low maintenance. He was very conscientious in ensuring everything was within HOA/RDG specs. Both Corey and Tony oversaw the work being performed and made sure that I was happy with every detail along the way. Corey and his team at Nu Life did a complete landscape project at our home. He drew up the plan exactly how we wanted it and his 3 person crew executed the work to perfection. They started the work when they said they would and finished the project when they said they would. The team did an excellent job. The landscape at our home is perfect.
