I didn't hire them, my landlord did. I have to say that despite me communicating clearly with management that I didn't want certain trees/shrubs removed, they were removed anyway. They denied that any instructions were sent, and now they can't un-chainsaw some very nice shrubs. I see someone mentioned they have attention to detail. My experience is that they don't.
