Apparently if you make an appointment a week in advance it doesn't matter. 10am appointment. Dropped off at 9:15am. Asked how long it would take because I get off at 4:00 pm. No problem it will be done before that he said. That was incorrect. I had to sit and wait till 5:30 pm. Yes I was mad and he knew it the minute I knew my car wasn't ready. Husband calls. Business response:
I remember this day, it was extremely hectic and we had an unusual amount of vehicles that stayed overnight to be worked on in the morning, as well as a crammed up schedule that we thought was going to be more manageable than it turned out to be. We started working on everything we could and the whole day fought us. We are still sorry that it took so long to get the your vehicle done especially since it was dropped off in the morning, and hopefully we can get a chance to redeem ourselves to you and your husband.
I had a remote start installed the day before Thanksgiving. They did a great job, with great customer service. Took me home so I wouldn't have to wait there and returned my car to me at work when they were done. Very friendly. I will definitely go backwhen I replace my stereo and speakers!
I highly recommend Nu Image Audio!!! Their customer service was impeccable, which is rare to find this day and age!!! They explained in depth my options without too much technical jargon. They were able to get me in on short notice & did the job in less time than expected!!! And they are military friendly!!!
