If I could give zero stars I would. We just moved out. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT MOVE IN. The management left many of our emails unanswered. They only contact you if it affects them. The maintenance is horrible - it took them a month to fix our walkway light. Lived next to a physically abusive person who'd constantly beat his dog and slam our walls. The apartments have no insulation so you can hear your neighbor's microwave, talking, tv, etc. It is built "nice" but it's really fake. Things were not put in correctly such as my bathroom door never closing fully unless you forcefully push it. The staff here are atrocious. They never respond to emails, phone calls, and are never in the office. We had many problems with our neighbor including his smoking making our apartment smell from it coming through our bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets. This was reported four times... read more
They never fix the problem. I have had toilet bowl over flowing, the shower is backed up. ,, the washing machine is backing up,, I’ve called the emergency line 5 times to no avail,, I’ve had it with this place,, breaking my lease and moving as fast as I can
Moved here a month ago. Finally got my appliances fixed that were broken from move-in. Communication with these folks is atrocious. Still waiting on them to fix my shower door. The places are nice for the price but there are significant issues beneath the facade. The neighborhood is very suburban without anything nearby really at all. The gym is only open for 60 hours a week.
