Great gym! Don’t expect a massive space, but it has all the necessary equipment if you're truly into fitness. It feels very welcoming, clean, and most importantly, it's 24/7. It never even feels crowded.

Nu Fitness Studio is an amazing, clean boutique gym with everything you need. It has all the machines you could want, and they’re immaculately maintained. She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. My husband is an avid gym buff and absolutely loves working out here as well, which says ... read more

Supportive, motivating, and welcoming. What sets this gym apart is the energy and support. The personal trainer is patient, encouraging, and pushes you just enough to grow without feeling overwhelmed. No judgment, just progress. I actually look forward to working out now. This place feels really good , not just a gym.

My partner and I have been coming to Nu-fitness for 5 months now and are absolutely loving it. The gym has everything you need for a killer workout. The equipment is also top notch and versatile if you enjoy getting creative with your workouts. I personally really enjoy taking my weights into the training room to create a circuit for myself. Fatima is always very welcoming and full of knowledge to share, and the space is very bright and clean. This is exactly the gym Angus needed, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here over the co... read more
