Customer service, not craftsmanship: Dealing with someone named Ashley. Wasted nothing but my time. Did not end up doing business with them due to her lack of unprofessionalism, interpersonal skills, and unnecessary extensive conversation which wasted time and led to nothing productive and the loss of a customer.
What a beautiful shower we now have thanks to Nu-Face !!! We first met Anthony and Joe at the Berlin showroom. Biscuit - their cute dog - greeted us warmly as well. Anthony and Ted helped us with our selection of shower materials. My walls and shower match perfectly. Alfredo and his associate created our beautiful shower that looks like it belongs in a hotel. I was very pleased with the installation of my shower. I must say that the craftsmanship was impeccable. I would suggest Nu-Face to anyone and everyone. I must also commend Alfredo who installed the shower. He was not only great at his work but when he was finished with the installation he cleaned up so well after the job was done there was absolutely nothing left to do. Needless to say, I was very impressed with his work. I am now looking forward to our next project with thus company. Thanks again Nu-Face
Working with the Nu-Face team has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. Everyone made me feel at ease, comfortable and confident with the project.
