Terrible shop, bought gold bracelet from here recently and it broke within 2 days and then when I went to get it exchanged/fixed he charged to fix a faulty product that he sold. On top of it the owner is yelling and has a terrible attitude. Would give 0 stars if I could

I would give zero stars if the platform allowed it. My experience here was insulting.I went to shop with my wife just after finishing work. While inquiring about gold and silver bullion, the employee chose to be judgmental rather than being helpful, asking me dismissive questions about whether I actually owned gold. It is clear this shop operates on profiling their customers. There are plenty of reputable jewelers in the area—don't waste your time being looked down upon by these people.
