STAY AWAY. This place is a scam. Rented thru Priceline (who is partly culpable for not vetting their partners) and didn’t really think too much about it till 2 days before trip. Found out is was off-off the airport. So a second shuttle that ran every 15 minutes. That’s a lie. No Live agents at their “office” but video conference. Asked for insurance declarations page (hassle) to confirm your names on it and it’s good for $1million in coverage. Another South Florida scam car rental agency. They make up numbers to force you to purchase their car insurance. They said personal car insurance must be for a million dollars in liability. Not a single car on this 4x4 lot is worth a million dollars. Million dollar policies are not a thing for the everyday person. Don’t forget the $2,000 deposit if you’re Black! Elizabeth front virtual Dest representative was horrible, she had an attitude she didn’t help wanted to trap us but thanks god we didn’t rent a car from this place , if you want to waste your time mood and energy feel free to go there
