DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I paid $33 for a weekend car rental in advance online. Sounded too good to be true, and it was. When checking in for the car they wouldn’t let me deny their protection and that I would have to buy their coverage (my insurance is perfectly fine and a well known car rental company gave me no problems when I went with them instead) Nu said my insurance wasn’t good enough to decline their coverage and said I’d have to pay $92 (triple what I thought I was going to pay, just for their coverage) I sai... read more
I prepaid for my rental but upon pick up was given several required add on fees. The total went up by 300 for a required additional insurance and then toll pass fees that I didn’t need plus a $500 deposit. Additionally I requested to see my paperwork before signing in the digital signature box but they said they could only show me the blank copy in advance not the one with these fees put in. So basically, I couldn’t see what I was signing for until after I signed it. Needless to say I walked out.
The worst place to even think about getting a rental these people tried to scam us by uncharging us for unwanted services even though we already had a booking
***** BEWARE ***** read these reviews. This place is a scam. They try to lure you in with a low rate and then when you try to check in for your car rental they try to force you to buy their insurance. Just take the shuttle back to the main car rental center and get a car from a real car rental company.
This car rental is a huge scam . I recommend no one use this rental company. They charge us a rental fee and when we get to the spot to rent the car they try to upcharge you as much as they can and they are behind a screen and not in person. This is a total scam . That's why they are only a 1 star . They deserve no star.
