THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Do NOT rent a car from NU in Miami!! After an hour of their BS about having to buy their $20 per day insurance, after I gave them all of my documentation they asked for about my insurance, which is great and more than adequate, they outright then refused to rent me a car. If I could give this place 1 stars I absolutely would … terrible business practice , aren’t upfront about rental policies and it’s just a total waste of time … stick with major renters … 1,000 deposit because I used an Amex for a two day rental is absurd
There is the worst company ever they are scamer i purchase the the toll package. And now they saying I didn't and Chargering me 126 dollars for toll. There no human on site besides 1 guy everything done on computer and video call.
Booked through Priceline very misleading when you get to the location they want to charge you $1000 deposit, and it says unlimited mileage but also a lie. They also don’t allow you to use your own insurance.
