I prepaid for a 7-seater minivan. When I arrived, they didn’t have one and offered me a 5-seater — useless for my group of 7. I was told to request a refund online, but instead they claimed I “refused” the car and still charged me. I ended up paying for two rentals. Completely dishonest — do NOT prepay with this company.
Legitimately one of the sketchiest companies I have ever dealt with. When we landed we couldn’t even find them. After my husband called 3 times, they finally sent a shuttle to take us off property. The office is filthy and sketchy and you have to stand in a little cubby to check in through video chat. Not only do they force you to pay for Sunpass daily, I had the audacity to use my debit card so that cost me an additional $19.99 PER DAY. Horrible policies! Booked through CapitalOne and understood there was no refund for cancelling. I was okay with it because it’s so cheap (you pay for what you get). However, I needed to change the driver on the reservation picking up the vehicle and the company restricted the change and would not let me. The person listed as the driver could not make the pick up, so we would have lost the rental anyway and the money. Stay away!
NEGATIVE 1000 stars! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST car rental EVER. Cars are a piece of smelly junk, employees are RUDE, and there is all sorts of HIDDEN COSTS, and my credit card was charged $100, 2 MONTHS AFTER THE RENTAL WAS RETURNED, (for what I do not know!) And I disputed it but they are professional frauds, and got away with it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
