Do not use this place. Worst car rental experience I've ever had. What an absolute clown show, and a scam. Lots of extra fees and insurance after original quoted price. Very sketchy business.
Knew budget car rental typically require separate pickup etc which I was expecting but Used temporary issued license with passport and forced me to add additional driver for fee and insurance that I did not need in order to proceed with booking. To charge me additional 30/day, incredibly dishonest. Also, the customer service is all through virtual agent and communication is absolutely terrible. We rented a van from here for 5 days thru Capital One. Yes, they do video check in. They ask you to email them your insurance policy declaration to verify that you have coverage. This feels a bit sketchy cause they could have you do this in advance, but choose not to. Also, they charge $6 a day to add a spouse as driver, which is not outrageous.
