This place is a huge scam. They lure you in with cheap prices but then refuse to allow you to rent unless you buy their insurance. There is nowhere in the initial reservation or in the contract that says you need to use their insurance. When we got to the counter they said we had to provide the declaration from our insurance carrier to decline theirs. I provided our declaration, emailed it to them while standing there. They then showed it to the manager in back and came back and said our insurance carrier is not on their acc... read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately, thought this would be a good deal from auto/, and there was so much for extra charges. When you enter the place, you don’t even see a real person, they make you pay for extra insurance, even if you have your own, they make you pay for the tollways as well too even if you don’t need them and if you have to leave outside of Florida. Very gimmicky, would never come here again, I hope this place goes out of business.
I was terrified to do business with this company when I saw their Google reviews, but we had already booked with them through a third party agency, and on the day we flew into Miami, every other car rental company was over booked. This place is shady as hell. They charge 14.99 a day for their toll transponder & the car was beat up and smelled like a shitty hotel room. The shoo guy claimed he couldn't smell anything and several people came in unhappy after renting their cars. Buyer beware!
