Horrible service... I reserved my car via 3rd party and they charged me over 100$ more after returning the car. When I went to pick up my car they told me they had no cars and I would have to rent from their partner company for 400$. Then magically they had 3 cars. My car was also on E when I got it and I returned on 3/4 a tank.. the best they could offer me was a refund of 15$. Never again
Hours are highly inconvenient in direct contrast to their location. If they were open more hours, I would use them more often!
If I could give 0 stars I would, worst service ever. They gave away my car because my flight was delayed.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE Worst company to rent a car , I had a reservation and I was supposed to get the car with no any extra cost, but they kept adding fees until I cancel the reservation, the employees are unprofessional
After reading the reviews on google and yelp, I was expecting to have a frustrating time here. I made sure to bring a copy of the policy with me in case. Fortunately, I ended up having a positive experience. We had prepaid for the car through Expedia so all we had to do was sign the papers and pay the security deposit when we got there. They offered us a car will a full tank of gas and unlimited mileage (we were from out of state), as long as we filled it back up upon its return.
