The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff use proper sanitary practices and are passionate about giving the utmost customer experience at every visit! I love that the staff communicate with one another to provide efficient care to their customers :) Brianna and Anita are kind, gentle and informative during and after service which is a big plus for me!
Had a fantastic first experience at the new location! The hygienist was professional and gentle, making the cleaning process comfortable and refreshing. My teeth feel incredibly smooth, and the whitening treatment gave me a noticeably brighter smile. The clinic is nicely located downtown, making it super convenient. The staff and owner are friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The service was top-notch—definitely looking forward to my next visit!
I can’t recommend this place enough. I come once a month to get my teeth whitened, and I come for my regular cleanings. It’s always extremely pleasant, and very comfortable. They have tablets with Netflix and reclining chairs for your whitening- although most of the time I listen to my own music and take a short nap. The location is spectacular. Been an active client for 2 years Initially, this seemed like an acceptable place for teeth whitening and cleaning. However, over time, the parking situation became increasingly unbearable. Rather than addressing the core issue of limited space, management decided to send an email suggesting that a $5 parking fee shouldn't be a major concern. Extremely rude owner, freaks out at clients in front of his whole clinic. I asked for my cleaning to be done before my whitening, or to not do the whitening at all because I was late. Owner said I need "special medical notes in my file" for me to get my cleaning first. Ya sorry I don't need anyone's permission to do anything, if I want my cleaning done but can't get a whitening after because of time constraints that is my choice.
