I have been a customer with NTY since they opened; never had any issues. Today, during a recent visit, I had an encounter with a rude employee. I was on my phone, having a conversation with a family member, I mentioned that the girls(employees) werent observing the social distancing recommendation and that I would move to another aisle to keep my distance; so that they could finish their work🤔🤔🤔. I was there yesterday to pick up a ugly Christmas sweater and the cashier desarae ( I think that's her name lol) she put the sweater on hold for me and was very sweet when I picked it up that afternoon . customers service was great. will go back !
They have an awful policy on returns. 3 days! Really ? Who has time to get back to a store within when the entire seam rips on a new sweater ? When we tried to exchange it for the exact same sweater they had in the store they said “sorry , it’s past 3 days “ Terrible Customer Service
I LOVE this place!!! Went in today and my LOVELY friends that work there, helped me to find some beautiful clothes to wear to an upcoming event I have. I also met some fellow shoppers, and we all helped one another out!! It was a fantastic time!!! Thank you girls, for all of your help! IF you haven't checked this place out, you need to! Right now...GO!!!
The quality of their clothes is better then most 2nd hand shops. The prices are set because of brands, quality, and location of store. Keeping all that in mind I prefer to buy new at those prices. I agree with the other reviews that say the place has a weird smell. The staff are very nice though.
Tried to sell my clothes here twice and they would not take anything. All were in good condition and name brand items. I even brought in Lily Pulitzer shorts and they claimed there was a stain on the inside when there was none. When I said that the shorts had never been worn they said “well somebody has worn them.” Extremely rude customer service. Also very confused as to why they will take Forever 21 shirts but not Madewell/Abercrombie/Kendall&Kylie? Extremely disappointed in this place and would not recommend.
I’ve been following NTY on Facebook for forever, but I finally made it into the store yesterday for the first time! I was so impressed with the inventory, and Mary was SO extremely friendly and welcoming. I scored some cute items at a great price and I will definitely be shopping here more often!🛍
