I had scheduled an inspection in Sept 2018. When I got to the home I was told given the run down of what was observed. For example I was told by the inspector that the ac unit was old but is working good. No other information other than that was verbally said. Also the report had pretty much the same tone but with more discussion... "It is the opinion of this Inspector, this component may be functioning as intended or in need of minor repairs, you should be aware that this is an older component and the future life expectancy... read more
I would highly recommend NTX ProSpec. I was very pleased with the job Chris did on my home inspection. They are thorough, friendly, and professional, with loads of experience. Do not settle for a cheap home inspection because you will get what you pay for. Pick a professional, reputable company like this one that is very affordable but will not compromise.
