Very disappointed with my experience at NTX Auto Group. I purchased a vehicle and financed it through Capital One Auto Finance. Two weeks after the purchase, I requested to cancel the GAP coverage. After multiple calls and follow-ups, I was told that the GAP was voided. The GAP amount was $1,300, but more than 3 months have passed and I still have not received the refund or any proof that it was processed. Ntx auto group Avoid this business at all cost. They sold us a car that is a complete mess and not even safe to drive. We can’t even get it to pass our state inspection to be able to drive it. To start, it took weeks to get our car delivered. We were lied to multiple times as to why they weren’t sending the car to be finally told they were having to replace a module to do with the airbags.
