Horrible customer service. Purchased tires from Express at around 9:30am. NTW committed prior to 12pm that they would deliver by 3pm. At 4:30 no phone call from NTW. Express staff had to call NTW only to find out the NTW went back to the distribution yard and did not communicate their inability to find Express Oil change that is facing Hwy 21 in front of Publix Rice Hope.
As a tire shop I can depend on them having what I need to satisfy my customers
