I had probably one of the worst experiences at this nail salon. I went in for a pedicure which isn’t my normal because I usually get acrylic nails. However they have been rough and treating me poorly if I didn’t upgrade just like the pedicure. When asked to upgrade and I told them no they slammed the guide down and began to do my feet and proceeded to talk about my choices. This was my first time at NT, as a recommendation from a friend. Great availability for last minute scheduling but I’m very happy with the dip manicure and gel pedicure. I didn’t request anything fancy, since I’m not a gal that always has her nails done but just does them for special occasions. Everyone was nice, fast and wonderful!

I was completely not impressed with their service. I found their manner making the appointment very abrupt and rude, then when my daughter was just a few minutes late due to traffic, they canceled the appointment when she was 3minutes late. Do not recommend.
