They are a very capable test house. The website they give you to collect data usually works-just make sure they put the photos in a zip file, downloading one at a time is painful. We have had some bad experiences here....multiple shaker breakdowns, bad welds, multiple thermal cycle isues, and multiple acoustic modulator breakdowns. I am guessing this is outside the norm.
