They are a very capable test house. The website they give you to collect data usually works-just make sure they put the photos in a zip file, downloading one at a time is painful. We have had some bad experiences here....multiple shaker breakdowns, bad welds, multiple thermal cycle isues, and multiple acoustic modulator breakdowns. I am guessing this is outside the norm. Employees were very friendly and they take their jobs very seriously, it appears. I was there for a pickup and I was somewhat lost, I wasn't sure of where I needed to go, and the employees didn't just walk past me like I was not there. They were helpful and guided me to the right place.
