Unfortunately car park is a night mare there. if you have limited time, likely you won't be able to make it. The clinic could have mentioned this somewhere on the website or Google maps to help us, leave earlier and to plan appropriately . Otherwise, communication is easy over the phone and receptionists know how to communicate.
