I’d like to give five stars for Dr. Sylvia Fermanian. I’ve been having lower back and neck pain for years; and being treated for years yet never went well. However, Dr. Fermanian studied my condition thoroughly first and explained to me before the treatment. I highly appreciate it. She’s gentle and sweet as well. 🫶
This was my second visit to NTO today, where I worked on new exercises as part of my recovery. Leo, our physiotherapist, is gentle, knowledgeable, and patient—he carefully demonstrated each exercise step by step for both my mom and me. David, our RMT, has amazing hands and great strength.
