Thanks for catering our party last night! Everything was delicious! The servers were over the top!
It was my first time going there and I was very impressed. The food was very tasty and delicious. I liked the outdoor setting and enjoyed the music of Christian Serpas and Ghosttown. My server, Tyler, helped make the evening a pleasant experience, too, with his courteous and interesting conversation.
The food was delicious. The problem was the very hot yardbird cracklings appetizer (yum) came out immediately before our dinner. I picked up a crackling. It was so hot I couldn't hold it but I had no plate to put it on. I juggled it from hand to hand and dropped it on my dinner plate. I would've preferred to have time to enjoy my appetizer, and to have a small plate to put it on, before getting my meal. First and last time here. My friend and I stopped in for a cocktail and appetizer before an event. We sat at the bar for quick service. For a Saturday night, the bar wasn’t especially crowded. Service was terrible though. Bartender was slow and inefficient. We had to flag her down when we needed things and had to make multiple requests. Our appetizer took forever to come out. The food and cocktails were good, but I can get the same things other places.
Great place! Spinach dip was amazing. Corn & Crab soup great would've been better with some baked bread or hush puppies. Love the design. Great friendly staff. Definitely coming back
Surely a major difference from N'Tini's. Not sure why on Ice Tea refills they continually bring you a new glass instead of just refilling your current glass. 10 minutes after I ordered the daily special server return to my table and said sorry sir we are out of the special, this was 15 minutes after the restaurant had opened. The barbecue ribs were subpar nothing to brag about, on the dry side. The atmosphere just seemed really subdued, too dull. My server seemed to be extremely nervous.
After trying this out twice now, I am very disappointed & miss N'Tini's. Expensive & the food is just okay. The redfish I had today was not fresh & not flavorful. The gumbo was not hot. Service is great however.
