Jeff and Neal are the perfect combination! Jeff was amazing helping us navigate all of the intricacies of the sale of our home…as well as locating and guiding us with the purchase of our new home. The new home is undergoing significant renovations and Neal is marshaling that complex project efficiently and with precision. Add their expertise with design and decorating and it is an unmatched, full service operation. Five stars in all categories!
I contracted with Jeff Ramm to sell my house. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Neal, Jeff’s partner, staged my house and it looked comfortable and easy to feel at home in. My house had been on the market for several months without any movement. Jeff worked hard and had many showings quickly and sold the house in less than a month. I would recommend Jeff and Amy for all of you real estate needs.
I first found Nth Degree while looking for a very specific Theordore Alexander table for a new house my husband and I were having built by a local builder. We were just finishing up the architectural phase when I met Neal and Jeff. They were an answer to our prayers. Nth Degree offers such unique and quality accessories and furnishings for the home. There are so many beautiful items to choose from in this store. I highly recommend visiting this place because I’m sure you’ll find some amazing things there.
Both Jeff and Darla worked seamlessly on preparing the house for showing both repairing and staging. They were always available to help with our dogs during the showing process. I can't say enough how hard they worked to introduce the house to the public as well. Thanks to you both for your personal consideration of us both during the process.
