Bought windows at the end of December and was told by CJ they would be ready in 4-6 weeks. Put $4000 down. It's now May, 5 months later, CJ does not respond to calls or text and I am currently in the process to have him served papers. I dont know how he had +90 Five Star reviews. Highly disappointed
Don't pay until the job is done or you may never hear from CJ again. He owes me over $5,000 since fall of 2024 and he won't even take my calls now.
I was just asked by a fellow nurse if I used CJ and this is how I found out he posted my pic with him. Unbelievable! Worst work ever and cost me alot of money to fix all the problems. At CJ's request, I did not leave a review but am now due to seeing my picture and note of me trusting him. Please be aware and steer clear! Our experience with NTEGRITY Windows was a A+. CJ told us what changes he would make & from the gutters to these wonderful new Windows we are beyond happy. He also has a installation team that are very professional & taking the time & to see the job passes there inspection as well as yours. Also the price is very fair for all the improvements that were made.
