My laptop display died and I needed to find product codes for installed software. Mo was able to quickly find the information and then wipe the hard drive and recycle the old laptop. He charged a very reasonable price and was a delight to work with. If you need any work done or if you need a reasonably priced computer, this is the place to go.
I needed a battery for my laptop and had been all over Kansas City with no success. . Stores either didn't carry it or had no interest in helping me find it. Finally I found Mo at NTech Solutions, he was helpful and up front and more than happy to help. I may not have spent hundreds on this battery but his willingness to help has won him one more customer that will sing his name whenever she knows of someone in need of anything technology! Thanks Mo!

I just went back to get a new (to me) computer. I got both a laptop and a desk top at a phenomenal price!!! I just told Mo what I wanted to do and he gave me everything I needed. SUPER great service that you can't beat!
If you want to buy a computer, part, or have a virus check run then NTech Solutions is definitely the place that you want to go. Mo is a very smart and personable. I wanted something bigger and better and he goes up one size not 10. My first experience was excellent.He is very knowledgable. He is always willing to teach some at any age something new. Best computer guy north of the river.
I had a computer which my kids unfortunately got a virus on which was my business machine. I needed it fixed ASAP otherwise I couldn't work, but no where does work same day right? Well I was surprised because Ntech was very courteous and professional at explaining to me what happened and they did the service same day for a reasonable cost! I was very happy and have no doubts about recommending them to anyone with PC issues or even to buy a computer.
