Do yourself a favour if you need anything Electrical done call Nathan. I Called Nathan because my solar stopped working he came straight around and spent time trying to fix it .It turned out that it was an old model that couldn't be fixed we talked about new system Nathan explained everything relay clearly. We decided to put a new system up and within a week of deciding to do it its up on the roof and working great. If Nathan says he is going to do something he does it on time and in budget. Can't recommend him highly enough
6.00am Saturday morning. Nathan talked us through the switchboard to see if he could fix it over the phone. 6.30 arrived. 30 minutes later we found out the puppy had chewed through a cable. We are old, Nathan was a delight to talk to and extremely understanding. Cost was so cheap l couldn’t believe it. Thank you Nathan you are polite, punctual and extremely reasonable rates.
They diagnose the tripping fault with our power board with two phone calls and a photo we sent. They rang us we didn't have to ring back. They then checked back that this fixed the problem. We didn't even know we had a pump on our septic system. They worked out that was where the short was and told us how to resolve it without an expensive call out. It was great for us.
Easy and clear communication. Nathan from Ntec was easy to get in contact with and prompt in his responses. Was able to get our Oven back up working within the hour of finding the fault. Happy to help with the tidy up unlike a lot of tradies. Definitely recommend Nathan and will get him back for some other electrical work we have upcoming.
