Don't trust Kailah Guiteau realtor to become great has to be able to accept criticisms it was too much red flags i ignore first they said never hired your friend in business transaction know her since 2016 on and off. But advice they dont give you in real estate that its best to hired the agent that's on the house you looking at online.
