Do not perform any electrical/electronic job at this place. 10 new trucks were equipped with electrical parked AC and 3-4 batteries each. Unfortunately, shop did use cheap quality cords and did not have any experience how to work with truck wirings, causing overheating of all system and high resistance. Literally, cords were burned out and we had to remove it to prevent fire. Batteries and all system itself were connected incorrectly. Never do repairs in this Shop. Worst Truck repair shop I have ever been, I did swap Engine, they kept old Engine and Stephan ( Mechanic) told me give us a time we need to put all together and I will call you. Never called, never texted. I have been twice, engine was not ready to Pick up, called texted… no Answers. After the last visit And told that they threw my engine to the garbage. Avoid this Shop.
I came into NTC and I rented a spot for my truck. Everybody was very friendly and the environment was very clean. And what I like about the premises it was all fenced in with security
Excellent service. The guys were friendly, very professional, and I will definitely keep my fleets serviced by them moving forward!
