Great service and pricing.
Tesla owners don’t take to A Tesla shop. Keith from NTB has changed this place around. My pap was a mechanic his whole life and I can tell when I am being treated right. The DM Keith and his crew are outstanding and will never sell you a service you don’t need. Which is going to make me come back and recommend this specific location to my family. New market and Frederick I highly recommend.
Had a 5 o'clock appointment and got there earlier around 430 and they took my car right back. Got my tire fixed and a discount. Will definitely go back in the future. Thank you so much.
Good customer service and dependable
Thank you Danny! After AAA gave me a jump start and said I needed a new battery, I quickly drove to NTB on a Friday evening, 1 hour before the shop closed. You agreed to install a new battery immediately. But after taking my car in, you re-tested the battery and said, it’s at 100% and nothing needed to be done. You could have just replaced it and never said anything, but you were honest and charged me $0. Thank you so much for the friendly, immediate and honest service. NTB has my business for sure
