I want to start off by saying that I do not take negative reviews lightly. But this is now the third bad experience at this location for myself or my family and believe me, it will be the last. I work in the trades and have family that are mechanics, and I understand that scheduling can sometimes get tight. But that needs to be relayed as soon as the appointment is made to the customer.
