Amazing service! I came in for tires and an alignment, and the manager and staff were super friendly and helpful. They got me in quickly, kept me updated, and the prices were fair. The shop is clean, organized, and everyone treats you with respect. Definitely my go-to NTB from now on!

I had a great experience at NTB! The team was professional, fast, and very transparent about what my car needed. They didn’t try to upsell me, and they explained everything clearly. My car drives so much smoother now. Highly recommend this location. reliable people who actually care about good service!
I would have liked to have gotten a price so I could have shopped around. They took apart every tire and said they didn't recommend me driving. And while they still gave me a "free tire" they charged me $977 for 2 shocks and 1 tire. I guess the part that is my fault is waiting this long to get it done. It's just sad that I feel like I was still overcharged. The one thing that was a + was that there was a waiting room and the job was done that day. That being said. I do not think I will he going back.
