The customer service here is poor , and the willingness to help is something that’s not here. I have had the worst experience ever. Jose can use a course in customer service. I have been to this location four times for this battery. I will never bye another nothing from this place and the rude customer service.
went in today with a dead battery. as an interstate battery dealer, they’re able to, and supposed to provide warranty on interstate batteries even if they weren’t purchased there. i informed the guy at the counter that interstate batteries have a date code stamped on the side of the battery so they could figure out the pro rate. he told me they couldn’t do it. perfect example of lazy customer service.
If I could give a negative star I would. I took my SUV to them for a simple oil change. $115 After I got home I noticed my car was leaking water in the driveway. My husband took the car back and they lied saying my car was leaking when I brought it in. This is not true! Common sense, if it were leaking they would have said something before proceeding. The manager and the workers are extremely unethical and told my husband to take the car and leave. Now I have to go to real mechanics to fix their screw up!
Great service as always, got me in and out asap without a reservation!
