Terrible experience here today. I dropped my Jeep off for an oil change and tire alignment, was told twice that it would be ready in about an hour and a half and confirmed my phone number to reach me when done. I waited 2.5 hours without hearing anything before I called and the man on the phone said “oh, it hasn’t been worked on, so and so told me you would be back tomorrow for it”. Picked the Jeep back up and I’m taking my business elsewhere.
RecommendedI was at the NTB in Maple Shade today. They have a very friendly and honest staff (Josh and his young mechanic staff helped me). I took my car in thinking I would need to replace my 1 tire (I was previously told by Goodyear and Firestone that the tire needs to be replaced). Instead the mechanic told me he would try to see if the tire can be patched or fixed before we replace it. I went to NTB in Maple Shade to get my oil changed & tires rotated..I get there & the guy tells me he’s too busy to do it. When I asked where the next nearest NTB was, he told me that theyd be too busy to...I’m glad that that business is thriving enough to turn new business away.
My husband and I have been going there for years. We don’t go anywhere else. We’ve never waited for an appointment, and simply don’t have a bad thing to say. Great customer service is what keeps us going back. Keep up the great job NTB!
