Prices ok but slow, slow, slow
I had a quick experience no waiting just a oil change and go.
I was pleased they opened at 7 am. But 32.00 to fix a flat was high. As I had a flat a week ago on a different tire and was charged only 18.00. But double. Not a fair price. Save the only think they really want is the contract they have with a dealership to review used cars. Yes
The tires that were recommended for my car on your website turned out to be the wrong size. The CSR pointed out that the tires that were currently on my car did not match my website selection. I had bought those tires from the same dealership. The CSR actually had a less expensive set of tires that would fit my car in stock so I was able to save some money. REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE WE JUST HAD! My mom was quoted $200 to replace brakes on the rear end of her truck. So made the appointment for today and when we came in, the price jumped to $300 and that was with a $50 discount! The only reason we chose to have it done over doing it ourselves was the price! Worst bait and switch I've ever experienced!!!!!!! RIP OFF!
Took over 3 hours to install 4 new tires. Won't be going back. Spent almost 600 for 2 tires get 2 free. Rip off.
Worked me into schedule. Done in 90 minutes new tires and alignment. Professional staff.
Went here with no expectations what so ever, I have a tire separating while leaving the airport. I was simply going to get a price and have the spare put on. I had just gotten the sticker shock the day before for a competitor that claims to sell "discounted tires". Well this tire was about $40 a tire more expense than the cheaper ones over there but still $300 less after all the warranty, balancing etc. I will not be in the marked for a "discount set of tires" anytime soon.
