Spent a lot of money on 4 new tires. I was told we had full warranty (road hazard, etc) but when my tire was damaged I was informed I was never charged for it so we were not covered. what should have been little to no cost to me now is costing $200. Completely dishonest.
Fast and polite staff. Will use them for more services in future. Thank you!
Decided to give them a try. Appointment for 8am, 10am now just to get my own tires installed. Will consider future services here, price better than pep boys but not worth the wait
Told service writer over half an hour ago that restroom was out of both toilet tissue and paper towels. They have not serviced the restroom and don’t seem to care. NOT a good image for this NTB.
Worse customer service ever!!!!!!! Bougth for tires and aligment!!!
This place is awesome, fast in and out service, really nice lobby with direct tv, free Keurig coffee maker, and reasonable prices, honest mechanics, courteous sales staff. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back I give this place
