I always get good customer service from Chris. He is always thorough in making sure I understand what needs to be done immediately and what can wait a little down the road as he knows finances are tight for me. The waiting area is always clean & organized.
Horrible Customer Service, do not recommend. Bill King quoted a price to mount and balance tires after I told him size of tire and vehicle. I agreed and scheduled an appointment. I show up 30min before my appointment, Bill comes out and gets my vehicle information and then proceeds to tell me a price that is almost double of what he quoted me. the Aiken store lies to you on the phone. We had a flat and called to make an appointment for first thing the next morning and were told we don't make appontments, but we will take you first thing . When we got there , we were told "oh it will be 3 hours we have appointments" and the guy said "we did not say we do not take appointments. Do not lie to me and also do not accuse me of lying.
I would not go to this shop for anything. Can’t speak on the degree of their work, as I only went by to get a tire patched and they were the closest place open on a Sunday. Come to find out it didn’t need patching because the nail didn’t puncture all the way through. However I am now missing a very nice very expensive flashlight that was in the console upon arrival but magically disappeared from it while they had the vehicle in the shop. Took my car here because of a slow leak in tire. They repaired it, but it kept losing air. Took it back. Manager told me they damaged the tire when it was repaired. Replaced tire at no cost to me. Great service. Not many honest companies around anymore . HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The customer waiting area was clean and neat and the coffee station was well stocked. I am new in the state and took advantage of the oil change coupon from Food Lion on Silver Bluff Rd. The manager has the perfect personality for his job...friendly, courteous and professional. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time and I was given the assurance my tires were in good condition. I will tell others and patronize this business again.
We have nothing but good things to say about this NTB. Brett and Chris have always given us good advise and great service. They take great care of our cars & truck. We will always go there 1st.
