Horrible customer service from the time you make your appointment. They lie and make up work you need for your vehicle and they mark their parts up 300%. I cant make this up. And on top of that they tore up the rebuilt transmission in my Acura MDX. Yeh, they paid for the damage but my transmission went out again less than a year later and they did nothing about it.

I have given this place multiple chances. Do not go here. I have had several problems with this place and would not recommend it to anyone. I made an appointment for an alignment at 5pm on a weekday, left and came back at 7 ( when they close ) to see if my car had been completed. The guy had no idea if it was done or not. I prefer NO star rating. Had online appointment. Checked with location night before. Went in for appointment, two people ahead of us, tires not in stock and "manager" denied it all. Said it didn't happen that way. Well not much appreciation for being considered a liar. No business for them this time or any in the future. And I hope others reconsider as well. Seriously need some customer service training.
Terrible experience. Took 2 weeks to get tires in that we ordered. Couldn't get an appt to install them until days after they came in. Had a 3pm appointment, didn't take truck back until 4pm and was not completed until 6:40pm!!! When you pay over $1400, you expect a little care.
Excellent service and patient! Flexible! Walk-in because their store phone was malfunctioning for reservation option.
Don't tell me 2 hours when you mean 4 - what a waste of time.
